Thanks a lot Kivuva
]]>Hi Victory. Thanks for reading the post and for engaging with us. To answer your question, you respectfully decline, even if it will come at the cost of your job. Daniel, Shadrach, Meshack and Abednego found themselves in such situations where violating directives of the King meant that they would have to lose their lives, let alone their jobs. Yet they respectfully declared their stand and trusted God to deliver them from the consequences. May I also suggest to you, that if you are excellent at your work and service, you make the decision to fire you much harder. And if you can demonstrate the stand in your values, should you overcome and still remain retained, be sure that you will have earned both the trust and respect of your boss, whether they say it or not, show it or not. All the best in your endeavors at the market place
]]>Just for the benefit of us all, as relates to values and respect, how do we handle the situation in which we are sent by those in authority over us to so things which are outrightly wrong, but we know that those things could actually cause us to lose our jobs?
